Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Time:
- Single Machines or Machine Accessory Combos: Shipped from UK warehouses. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
- Separate Accessories or Materials: Shipped from our warehouse in China. Delivery usually takes 10-30 business days.
- Pre-order Products: First sent from China to the local warehouse, then delivered to you from the local warehouse. Please refer to the relevant product page for the expected shipping time.
Notice:
- If your order includes both a machine and separate accessories or materials, the items will be shipped separately.
- Delivery may experience slight delays during shopping seasons. If there is a significant delay, we will notice you by a separate email.
3. Taxes/Duties:
Please be aware that there may be additional customs fees depending on the policies of different countries. Extra charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or administrative fees will be borne by you.

VAT: The displayed prices of products in Laserpecker UK store are VAT inclusive.Duties: For all international orders, your local customs authorities may assess import duties, taxes, or other fees based on the product value and local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.

Notice:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
5. Order Confirmation & Tracking:
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, the express information and package tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating and so on will be notified to you in real time by email as well.
6. Notice
- Our UK web store's checkout currency is Great British Pound (GBP).If your payment card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee based on its policies.
- Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us at services@laserpecker.com within 24 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
- Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you left in contact information on the check out page, or the email address you used to register your account. If the email address you left is invalid or not in use, we will not be liable for any risk or loss caused by this.
- If you change your mind midway, please don't just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us at services@laserpecker.com to explain the situation and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our return/refund policy. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the package arising from the rejection.
- Please contact us at services@laserpecker.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies if you do not receive the order, or we shall bear no responsibility on this occasion.
- If our products are damaged due to improper transportation, please contact us immediately at support@laserpecker.com and provide us the photos of the product and packaging after you receive your package. We ask for your understanding and patience in this situation.
- If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if there is any item(s) missing, please contact us at support@laserpecker.com within the day of receipt and provide us with pictures and/or unboxing videos to facilitate and accelerate our investigation. Without an unboxing video, the investigation process could be extended, or a resending/refund could be denied, depending on the investigation results with the courier.

Our current primary shipping carriers are FedEx, DPD.
8. Shipping Restrictions
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
9. Shipping Information
Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us at services@laserpecker.com within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
10. Delivery
As our laser machines are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, LaserPecker will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.
11. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact LaserPecker Support within 7 business days at services@laserpecker.com.
We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
